Adare Manor is the 9-5 favorite heading into the Pacific Classic. This 5-year-old mare has won three straight races this year and is coming off a win at the Clement Hirsch Stakes in early August.
Dr. Venkman is the second favorite in the nine horse field. He is coming off a win at the San Diego Handicap last month and has won 3 of his 5 career races.
Full Serrano rounds out the top three favorites with odds of 5-1. He’s coming off a win at Del Mar earlier in August in an Allowance Optional Claiming race.
I like Dr. Venkman at 5-2. He’s a fast horse that looked great winning the San Diego Handicap at Del Mar last month.
